If you do not feel the advertised effects from the very first serving, contact us and we will assist you accordingly. 

If our product does not meet your expectations, send an
email to Support@liveitgrind.com within 30 days of the
purchase date, and let us know why. Return the unused portion along with
the bottle to the mailing address provided in the
authorization email.

For returns of multiple bottles, full refunds are issued if
only one of the returned bottles is opened. Multiple
opened bottles are not eligible for full refunds. Multiple
sealed bottles are fully refundable. Returns and refunds for opened bottles 
are available the first time a product is purchased. Refunds
requested for opened bottles after subsequent or repetitive purchases are not
permitted.


Bottles that are returned completely empty are not valid
for refund.

Customers are required to purchase postage for the return, and must ensure that a unique tracking number is assigned to that postage so the return can be specifically identified, verified, and confirmed as an intentional return.  

Upon receipt of the bottle, provided that all instructions were followed, we will initiate a refund of the purchase price, which will be available to you in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund.
